Our goal is to make your laundry day easy, reliable, and stress-free. By using our services, you agree to the following terms so we can serve you smoothly and efficiently.
Services
We offer mobile laundry services including wash, dry, fold/hang with free pickup & delivery within Joplin, MO.
Pickup & Delivery
Please have your laundry bagged and ready for pickup at your scheduled time.
You don’t need to be home, just leave it outside in a safe and visible spot.
Your clean laundry will be returned in clear, organized bags within 24–48 hours.
Hanger Items
Place them in a separate bag and include the hangers, clearly mark the bag for “Hangers”. If hangers are not provided, items will be folded instead.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please contact us at least 2 hours before your scheduled pickup to cancel or reschedule. Missed pickups may incur a small fee to cover travel time.
Laundry Care & Liability
We do our best to care for your items like they are our own, however, we can’t be held responsible for damage due to:
Improper care labels
Manufacturer defects
Items left in pockets (e.g., pens, makeup, gum)
Please make you separate or label any delicate or specialty items in advance.
Stain Treatment
If you have any items with stains that you would like us to treat, please put them in a Walmart bag (or similar) in the bag with your regular wash. We’ll do our best to remove the stains, but we can’t guarantee.
Payment
You will be invoiced after your laundry is processed and payment is due before or at the time of delivery. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal.
Right to Refuse
We reserve the right to refuse service if we encounter any unsafe laundry (e.g., pet or human waste, infestations, grease, smoke, etc.)
We can’t accept Items outside of our service scope such as rugs, dry clean only, cloth diapers, etc.
